HARBOR ONE provides general mortgage information, calculation tools and a channel to request mortgage-intermediation and advisory services in Spain. Website content is general information and is not, by itself, a binding loan offer or a personalised recommendation.
The operator is registered as a mortgage-credit intermediary under Law 5/2019 of 15 March regulating real-estate credit agreements and is subject to its implementing rules, including Royal Decree 309/2019. Registration does not mean that Banco de España guarantees or approves any particular transaction.
Users must use the website lawfully, provide accurate information and refrain from interfering with security, availability or other users’ rights. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or protect the service.
Examples, calculators and indicative results depend on the information entered and assumptions stated. They may not include every cost, tax, lender criterion or later market change and must not be treated as approval, an FEIN or a binding offer.
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, software and original materials are owned by the operator or used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where the law permits.
Links to banks, regulators or other third parties are provided for convenience. The operator does not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices and does not endorse them merely by linking to them.
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and secure, but uninterrupted availability and error-free content cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Service-related complaints can be made through the Complaints procedure. These documents are permanently accessible through the website footer.
Spanish law applies. Any jurisdiction clause will operate without prejudice to the mandatory forum and other protections available to consumers.
